I got to Radical Honesty through the people around me who were RH practitioners and facilitators.
At first, I was a little resistant to learning more about it and I disliked the name. With time, though, I
became curious about the practice. I read Brad Blanton’s books and signed up for the first weekend
workshop in the autumn of 2019. Since then, I’ve had a very interesting journey of exploration,
peeling off layers of thoughts, beliefs, and stories about myself, others, and the world ever since.
Witnessing the depth of connection created when we no longer hold tight to our ideas about
reality—and instead we surrender ourselves to it—brings me joy and inner stillness. For me, this
practice has meant continually opening my heart to myself, to others, and to life. In addition to
being beautiful, at times honesty can be for me tough, annoying, sexy, disgusting, playful, scary,
safe, unsafe, empowering—and full of transformative potential.
I am currently a student of the Somatic Experiencing method. I am also a certified yoga teacher and
certified psychedelic practitioner. I am informed by the Wheel of Consent method and I assist events
in the area of conscious sexuality. Lately I have become a meditation enthusiast. 🙂
