4. Legal basis, purpose of the
processing of personal data and storage
The legal basis for the processing of personal data under the EU General
Data Protection Regulation is the overriding criteria necessary for the
functioning of the customer relationship or service and the need for a register
to enforce the contract to which the data subject is a party.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is:
Maintaining customer relationships, billing, information essential to the operation of the site and service, or marketing, for example. The information collected will not be used for automated decision making or profiling.

Information content of the registers
Examples of information that can be stored in our registers are:
Only the information you provide to us necessary to complete our service and
bill you will always be provided. Some public information, such as your
business ID / VAT number, can be retrieved from the Internet to complete your
profile for billing purposes.
Name, position, company / organization, contact information, IP address of
the network connection, IDs / profiles for the various services, information
about subscribed services and changes, billing information, other customer
relationship and subscription related information and any other information
necessary for the site or service to function properly.
We will remove unnecessary data from the
registries when there is no longer any valid reason for retaining it. We will
remove your information from the customer register after four (4) years of
inactivity. At the same time, we will delete your messages from our email
archive.
You can also ask us at any time to remove
some or all of your information from any or all of our records.
Please note that we can only remove your information from the registry if we have no legal reason to retain it (such as a valid agreement or other purpose for which your information is needed for the time being).

& combining registers
Information stored in our registers can be obtained from the customer. mail,
telephone, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations in which a
customer discloses information to us.
7. Regular disclosures and transfers
of information outside the EU or the EEA area
The data controller may also transfer data outside the EU or the EEA area,
where required. For example when, external servers are located in another
country, such as the United States. We use only platforms and services that
comply with GDPR data retention standards. Or in the US, standards in
accordance with Privacy Shield protection policies.
8. Registry Protection Principles
The records are handled with care and the data processed by the information
systems are protected. When registry information is stored on Internet servers,
it is adequately protected by our own services as well as by our outsourced
services. All data is at least password protected on TLS/SSL-protected servers.
Our websites are completely TLS/SSL protected.
The data controller shall ensure that the stored information, as well as
server access and other information critical to the security of personal data,
is handled confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it
covers.
9. Right of inspection and the right
to have the data corrected
Every person in the register has the right to verify their data stored in
the register and to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete
information. If a person wishes to check or rectify the information stored
about him / her, the request must be sent to the controller. If necessary, the
controller may ask the applicant to prove his identity. The controller will
respond to the client within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection
Regulation (as a gemeral rule within one month).
If you want a registry statement of your information, please indicate which
registry information you want to view. The names of the registers can be found
in section 3 of this document.
10. Other rights related to the
processing of personal data
A person on the register has the right to request that personal data
relating to him be removed from the register (“the right to be
forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General
Data Protection Regulation, such as restricting the processing of personal data
in certain situations. Requests should be sent to the data controller.
For example, your rights include:
– the right to verify personal data concerning you
– the right to ensure data is correct
– the right to object the processing of data
– the right to withdraw consent of your data usage
– the right to file a complaint to the data supervisory authority

Return Policy
No refunds in case of cancellation.
However you can tranfer your event ticket to another person
informing us prior to the ticket tranfer via email to Info@HonestyEurope.com. Please note that
tickets to Advanced events can be only transfered to a person qualified to join
the event.
